We are looking for a dedicated Bilingual Client Care Specialist to join our busy team. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for our clients, providing top-notch support and assistance in both English and French. Your focus will be on understanding client needs and ensuring their satisfaction.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Provide accurate information and document accordingly
- Resolve client technical issues promptly and effectively
- Maintain a high level of professionalism and empathy in all interactions.
- Document client interactions
- Collaborate with team members to enhance the client experience.
