Pay Rate: $35/hr (pay is negotiable)

**Description du mandat**:

- Agir dans le rôle d’acheteur/expéditeur tel que décrit ici-bas.
- Durée de 4 mois.
- Possibilité de télétravail à l’exception d’une journée au début et à la fin du mandat qui doit obligatoirement être en présentiel (Ottawa). Les autres journées seront discutées et entendues d’un commun accord.
- Semaine de travail entre 32 et 40 heures par semaine du lundi au vendredi.
- Salaire maximum de 40$ par heure.
- Préavis : 2 semaines.

**Description des tâches**:

- Assurer un suivi des dates de livraisons et mettre à jour les informations dans le fichier central;
- Émettre des bons de commande;
- Rechercher des solutions dans le cas de livraisons tardives ou de ruptures de stock;
- Participer aux activités reliées à la gestion d’inventaire;
- Surveiller le rendement des fournisseurs et assurer la conformité avec les ententes contractuelles;
- Documenter les situations de ruptures d’inventaires et préparer la documentation pour les réclamations;
- Obtenir des soumissions incluant la description des produits et/ services, la disponibilité et les délais de livraison; identifier des opportunités de réductions de coûts;
- Analyser les écarts et régler les différents suite à la réception de la facture.
- a un minimum de 2 ans d’expérience aux achats et la gestion d’inventaire;
- est capable de faire des analyses dans Excel selon les critères établis;
- est capable de lire et comprendre les termes et conditions (éléments commerciaux et légaux de base);
- est capable de placer des commandes (on peut lui montrer comment utiliser le système);
- communique dans les 2 langues;
- est énergique, proactif et aime avancer les dossiers.
