**SUMMARY**:
A House Attendant within our Housekeeping Department plays a pivotal role in maintaining cleanliness and orderliness in public spaces, ensuring guest satisfaction, and supporting our Room Attendants and Guests, all while adhering to established Marriott Brand Standards. House Attendants are ambassadors of our property, embodying a positive image and addressing guest needs and requests promptly and courteously.

**KEY RESPONSIBILITIES**:

- Clean all public areas and washrooms to Marriott Brand Standards.
- Respond promptly to guest requests, ensuring exceptional guest satisfaction.
- Assist Room Attendants with Room Stripping, linen delivery, and supplies replenishment.
- Ensure timely removal of laundry bags and garbage/recycling bags to the housekeeping department.
- Maintain proper use of cleaning supplies and equipment.
- Report maintenance issues promptly to enhance the guest experience.
- Adhere to Health and Safety Guidelines, practicing safe working habits to minimize hazards.
- Maintain a clean and professional appearance according to Marriott's grooming policy.
- Other duties as assigned.

**PHYSICAL DEMANDS**:

- Ability to lift, carry, or pull up to 50lbs.
- Walking and standing for extended periods of time.

**QUALIFICATIONS**:

- Strong organizational skills.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Ability to work both independently and as a team.
- WHMIS certification.

**Salary**: $23.45 per hour

Expected hours: No more than 40 per week
