**Job Description: Crew Leader**

If so, we want to hear from you J&B Quality Painters, a leading residential and commercial painting company in Edmonton, is seeking a dedicated Crew Leader to manage multiple crews and ensure the successful completion of painting projects.
**Position: Crew Leader**
**Responsibilities**:
- Lead, motivate, and supervise 2-3 team members per project to achieve project goals and meet client expectations.
- Coordinate with project managers, subcontractors, and suppliers to ensure smooth project execution.
- Assign tasks and responsibilities to team members and provide ongoing guidance and support.
- Monitor project progress and performance, and make adjustments as necessary to meet deadlines and quality standards.
- Conduct regular inspections and quality checks to ensure work meets company standards and client specifications.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies at all times.
**Requirements**:
- Minimum 2 years of experience in a leadership role, preferably in the construction or painting industry.
- Proven experience managing people and leading teams to success.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to problem-solve and make decisions under pressure.
- Knowledge of painting techniques and materials is an asset.
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
