Crew Supervisor

We are seeking a skilled Crew Supervisor to join our team at ServiceMaster Restore. As a key member of our restoration team, you will be responsible for leading and guiding crew members on job sites affected by flooding, fires, mold, and sewer backups. Your expertise and leadership will be essential in ensuring that our customers receive the highest level of service and that our team members are well-equipped to handle the demands of the job.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and guide crew members on job sites to ensure successful completion of projects
- Conduct daily safety meetings and ensure compliance with OH&S regulations
- Manage and maintain equipment and vehicles to ensure they are in good working order
- Collaborate with other team members to ensure seamless communication and project execution
- Provide training and support to crew members to enhance their skills and knowledge
- Ensure that all work is completed to the highest standard and that customers are satisfied with the service received
Requirements:
- Minimum 4 years of experience in cleaning services or restoration services
- 2 years of experience in a supervisory capacity
- IICRC certifications are an asset
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- High level of physical exertion required
