**Regulatory Associate (105726)**
**Working Model: Hybrid ( 3 days in the office)**
**Location: Calgary, AB or Mississauga, ON**
**Where the Chemistry Happens**:
We are looking for a Regulatory Associate to support the creation, assembly and submission of regulatory packages, including filling out forms, creating cover letters, indexing and tracking of submissions and correspondence. As the Regulatory Associate, you will also update databases, help to create standardized templates and best management practices where required, and help with administrative projects to organize, transfer and archive regulatory submission data. You will also be required to help test and become an expert in the old and new software that the PMRA creates for regulatory submissions.
**Formula for Success: You Will**:
- Create, assembly, submit and track regulatory packages, including filling out forms, creating cover letters, pulling studies from the database, indexing and tracking of regulatory submissions and correspondence.
- Support administrative projects to organize, transfer and archive regulatory submission data.
- Manage Database, develop standardized templates and best management practices where required.
- Test and upgrade the PMRA regulatory submissions platform.
**Ingredients for Success: What We Look for in You**:
- Minimum Required: High-school diploma Preferable: Associate degree or University degree
- Demonstrated experience in Adobe Acrobat Professional, Word, Excel, PowerPoint and databases.
- Experience in document scanning and Adobe bookmarking/hyperlinking is preferred.
- Experience in a regulatory environment, especially involving submissions, is a plus.
- Strong attention to detail, with strong organizational skills directed toward the completion of task-oriented procedures.
- Ability to support multiple different team members with submissions and to understand how to prioritize workload.
- Process oriented, with the ability to follow and create best management practices.
- Team player, flexible, open to changing environment and pro-active attitude.
- Accurately complete tasks under time pressure.
