**Status**: Professional, Permanent, Full Time

Reporting to the Supply Chain Business and Optimization Manager, the incumbent is responsible for documenting and optimizing existing processes, supporting the deployment and evolution of initiatives in the assigned business area, and plays a key role in acting as a point of contact between the various stakeholders. He/she leads and coaches the development of business requirements and provides appropriate communication and training materials to users on the changes.

Roles & Responsibilities
- Perform in-depth analysis of processes, workflows and systems to identify areas for improvement.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to harmonize processes and improve performance.
- Develop and implement planning for new supply chain initiatives, defining scope, objectives, timelines, change management planning and deliverables for each operational improvement initiative.
- Coordinate with various stakeholders to ensure successful and timely execution.
- Responsible for data analysis and performance indicators to make informed decisions.
- Collect and analyze relevant data to measure progress, identify bottlenecks and track the impact of process improvements.
- Provide regular updates on progress, performance and results of initiatives to relevant stakeholders.
- Maintain accurate and complete documentation of initiatives, progress reports and lessons learned.
- Prepare and present follow-up reports to stakeholders.
- Explore and evaluate technological advances and innovations that could benefit operations.
- Identify opportunities for automation, harmonization and digital solutions to improve efficiency and accuracy.
- Develop, enhance and maintain training materials and exercises; provide training support and coaching to end-users.
- Document knowledge to ensure longevity and facilitate the integration of new employees.
- Assess the impact of change on people, and prepare, clarify and communicate changes to business processes, systems, job roles and organizational structures.

**VOS ATOUTS**
- Bachelor's degree in supply chain management, business administration, economics, or a related field.
- A minimum of 5 years of experience in in a similar position, supply chain process management or a similar function.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving skills and decision-making skills.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work under pressure and tight deadlines, managing multiple tasks and priorities.
- Strong communication skills, with the ability to convey complex ideas and concepts to technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Team spirit, positive attitude and ability to work well with others.
- Proficiency in MS Office suite (Excel, Visio).
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills (French and English).
