**Your Role as a Parts Advisor**: As a Parts Advisor, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the seamless operation of our service department and contribute to our customer's driving pleasure. Your key responsibilities will include:
**Customer Care**: Delivering exceptional customer service by actively listening to our customers' needs and providing them with accurate and efficient parts information and solutions.

**Parts Identification**: Demonstrating your expert knowledge of Volvo vehicles and efficiently identifying the correct parts required for repairs and maintenance, ensuring customers receive the right parts the first time.

**Inventory Management**: Managing and maintaining our comprehensive parts inventory to ensure adequate stock levels and facilitating timely orders to meet customer demands.

**Collaboration**: Working closely with our service technicians and sales team to ensure a smooth flow of information, guaranteeing the highest level of customer satisfaction.

**Upselling Opportunities**: Identifying opportunities for upselling genuine Volvo accessories and parts to enhance our customers' driving experience.

**Requirements**:

- Previous experience in automotive parts sales or a related field is preferred, but we are also open to enthusiastic individuals with a passion for Volvo vehicles and a desire to learn.
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, allowing you to build strong relationships with both customers and team members.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills to manage parts inventory efficiently.
- A customer-centric approach, always striving to exceed customer expectations.
- Tech-savvy with the ability to utilize electronic parts catalogues and dealership software effectively.
- A valid driver's license and a clean driving record.

**Salary**: $15.50-$27.78 per hour
