Position Summary:
Acuren is currently recruiting a Warehouse Technician to be part of the Richmond Warehouse team. Located in the Regional Head Office, this cross-functional group supports the region’s needs for materials, supplies, and equipment in accordance with our ISO 9712 and 17025 programs.

**Responsibilities**:
As a member of this team, Warehouse Technicians are responsible for the following as per our Integrated Management System (IMS):
Shipping & Receiving
- Materials, Supplies and Equipment are shipped in accordance with regulatory and company requirements;
- Equipment, materials and supplies are received and inventoried to Purchase Orders and Packing Slips as per ISO 17025, Acuren’s IMS, and local processes;
- Client material is received, inventoried, shipped or disposed of as per ISO 17025 and local processes;
- Communicating with suppliers to ensure order deliveries and resolve issues with stock and deliveries;
- Prioritizing workloads and responding to rush requests in an effective manner to ensure deadlines are met;
- Record keeping for all shipping, receiving, disposition and client material storage;
- Maintaining stock of shipping/receiving supplies and material; and
- Manage the Richmond compressed gas, forklift maintenance, and metal recycling programs.

Warehouse
- Ordering supplies, materials and equipment as per Acuren’s Integrated Management System (IMS) and local processes;
- Inventory levels of materials, equipment, and stock are effectively managed (inventory rotation/disposal, accounting for shop/warehouse materials, etc.);
- Restocking material, supplies and equipment and safe movement of materials within the warehouse and machine shop;
- Ensuring the Warehouse areas are kept organized, clean and safe and that outside walkways are clear of ice (winter season);
- Support of local and Branch Operations for their materials, equipment and supplies needs;
- Supporting management and scheduling of the flow of equipment/gear and supplies to and from project sites and Turnarounds;
- Assigning equipment, materials and supplies to Acuren personnel and sites as per local practices;
- Ensuring all equipment, materials and supplies being returned are inspected and added back to the warehouse as per local practices;
- Ensure that any returned items are inspected, and any maintenance or calibrations are scheduled;
- Responding to service and equipment requests as needed; and
- Ensure Acuren’s Asset Database system (Pangea) is kept current and accurate.

**Requirements**:

- Secondary school diploma complemented by 5 years related industry experience.
- Forklift license.
- Experience with transportation of dangerous goods.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Outlook, Word, Excel)
- Ability to multitask, organize tasks and manage time wisely.
- Work in team-based dynamic shop environment with many operating groups; and
- Understanding of, and compliance with, responsibilities under the provincial Occupational Health and Safety Acts and Regulation, and Acuren Integrated Management Systems, policies, and procedures.

Working Conditions:

- Reports to: Warehouse Supervisor
- Salary ranges from $20.00 to $26.00/hr.
- Work location is the Richmond Warehouse; occasional site visits are required.
- Normal work hours are Mon-Fri from 8:00 to 17:00; however occasional overtime may be required.
- Proper PPE must be always worn when working in designated areas.
- Drivers of Acuren vehicles must comply with Acuren’s Driver Program
