Lonza Kingston is **IMMEDIATELY** hiring a Supply Quality Intern to join the Personalized Medicine team based in Lonza Kingston, ON CA for a 12-16 month internship to participate in all phases of daily operations as well as projects. The Supply Quality Intern works as part of agile teams, must be a self-starter, and have strong communication and interpersonal skills, as well as strong attention to detail.

The Supply Quality Intern will work within the Supplier Quality and Compliance Department to assist in the development, improvement, and maintenance of related processes in coordination with the Lonza Personalized Medicine team.

This position is located on site at our Lonza Kingston, ON CA office.

Key responsibilities:

- Conduct daily operations in compliance with the Quality Policy, Quality Manual, and process requirements.
- Support the onboarding process for new suppliers as required by the business.
- Reviewing supplier-related documentation for accuracy and completion.
- Support the supplier feedback process through analysis of supplier-related data and timely communication of nonconformances.
- Support Lonza Permed compliance program through the analysis of audit-related data.
- Assist in day-to-day process management and organization of Supplier and Compliance related documentation.
- Assist in identifying opportunities for process improvement, meeting with process stakeholders, and revising documentation as required.
- Other tasks as outlined by the area supervisor.

Key requirements:

- High School diploma or equivalent required; Undergraduate student in one of the fields of Science, Engineering, or Business preferred.
- Solid written and verbal communication skills required.
- Must have enthusiasm for continuous improvement.
- Must be detail-oriented, highly organized, and able to manage multiple tasks.
- Ability to work independently as well as on a team required.
- Past experience working within a quality management system or regulated environment would be considered an asset required.
- Must be able to work full-time (37.5 hours per week), Monday through Friday.
