**Supply Chain Analyst, Kingston**
Novelis is the world leader in aluminum rolling and recycling, producing a significant amount of the world's flat-rolled aluminum products. We work alongside our customers to provide innovative solutions to the aerospace, beverage can, automotive and high-end specialty markets.
Headquartered in Atlanta, Georgia, USA, Novelis has approximately 14,650 employees in 33 operating facilities on four continents and is making significant capital investments in recycling and rolling capacity in North America to meet an ascending customer demand.
The Supply Chain Analyst is responsible for delivering improvements to the local supply chain processes that increase team efficiency while simultaneously improving customer satisfaction.
Responsibilities & Qualifications:

- Working closely with the Supply Chain Leader to develop opportunities for continuous improvement and direction for the supply chain team.
- Solving analytical problems that impact flow of material and overall effectiveness of the supply chain team.
- Testing, developing, and maintaining new reporting/planning analytical models using PowerBI and Excel.
- Building off our strong analytical/reporting foundation to drive future continuous improvements.
- Ensuring changes in equipment capacity are captured in SAP/S&OP accurately.
- Co-ordinating with external supply chain/logistics teams to ensure strong and reliable planning signals/processes to support business/department goals.
- Maintaining accurate lead times in SAP.
- Leading the bi-annual physical inventory
**Qualifications**:
- Confirmed digital literacy with Microsoft Excel and database software, experience with Power BI and Power Apps strongly preferred.
- Demonstrated history of interpreting and analyzing data from various sources in an accurate, meaningful, and concise way to support business goals.
- The energy to work in a fast-paced environment with the confidence to prioritize workload; managing multiple tasks at once without sacrificing attention to detail.

Novelis’ Kingston facility located on the eastern end of Lake Ontario Kingston is midway between Toronto and Montreal. 275 employees cold roll finish and anneal aluminum used in automotive and specialty products for a wide array of customers in North America.
