**The Job Summary**:
Kingsway Academy is a private international high school providing Grade 10-12 OSSD course to international students from Vietnam, China and Latin American Countries. Located on the campus of King’s at Western university, Kingsway Academy offers high quality program and great academic environment to international students.

Under umbrella of ICEAP, a leading international education provider partnered with 18 public universities and colleges, Kingsway Academy is growing very fast, we expect double enrolment in 2023.

**Key Accountabilities & Success Criteria**:

- Lead the operation, development and implementation of strategies related to organizational development, healthy work climate, employee engagement, resilience and staff learning & development
- In collaboration with the leadership team support transformational change projects that enhance the working environment and climate
- Lead the employee engagement survey on a bi-annual basis and support leaders with strategies for implementation
- Strengthen relationships with academic department and, in partnership with marketing teams and other stakeholders, actively pursue student placements that expose students to underserviced areas/roles in the organization
- Build, maintain, and evaluate a comprehensive onboarding program for new hires to ensure a great new employee experience that yields high levels of new hire engagement
- Manage external vendor relationships for learning and development systems and processes
- Consult with key stakeholders to understand learning and development requirements
- Design and facilitate team development programs, to support and encourage organizational and team effectiveness.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Organizational Development or related field
- 5+ years of professional experience in Canadian school operation, or organizational development

- Strong problem solving and critical thinking skills
- Demonstrated customer-service orientation
- Strong organizational/planning skills, including prioritizing and effective time management skills
- Demonstrated experience in leading change
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, including the ability to interact professionally and develop trust with employees at all levels of the organization and external stakeholders
- Strong facilitation and coaching skills
- Strong knowledge of and experience in process improvement
- Collaborative team player with strong influencing skills who easily builds effective working relationships with colleagues, senior leaders and stakeholders in order to move initiatives forward.

**Salary**: From $60,000.00 per year
