The opportunity

We are looking for a senior manager who will play a vital role in the Company’s ever-increasing sales and market.

As an Operations Manager working for Liquidation Max Inc., your job duties include:

- Develop strategic plans and priorities across multiple business departments, improve process and standards to drive business online and in the store
- Direct the expansion and establishment of new locations, including market research, selection of business locations, staff allocation, training and daily operations
- Approve budget plan and establish administrative controls over the departments of Retail, Wholesales, and E-commerce of all locations
- Lead and direct middle managers, and approve requests according to the company’s strategy and vision
- Represent the company in negotiations of wholesale trade

**Qualifications**
- Post-Secondary education in a related field or program is preferred.
- Strong people skills with at least 2 years of operations-related Leadership experience in a warehouse, distribution or similar environment.
- Experiences and knowledge in organizing online auction sales including product listings, inventory management and logistics, order fulfillments
- Ability to develop effective relationships, provide leadership, and integrate diverse organizations and individuals toward unifying objectives is critical.
- Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Must be detail-oriented and have good organizational skills.
- Ability to thrive in an ambiguous environment

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: $110,000.00 per year

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift
- Day shift
- Monday to Friday
- No weekends
- Overtime
- Weekend availability

Ability to commute/relocate:

- London, ON: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)

Work Location: One location
