Inbound Customer Relations Associate

We are currently expanding our team and seeking a dedicated Inbound Customer Relations Associate to join us. This is an exciting opportunity to be part of a dynamic organization committed to delivering exceptional customer service.
**Responsibilities**:
- Handle incoming customer inquiries and provide accurate information about our products/services.
- Address customer concerns, resolving issues promptly and professionally.
- Maintain a positive and empathetic attitude towards customers at all times.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure a seamless customer experience.
- Document customer interactions and feedback for continuous improvement.
- Upsell or cross-sell additional products/services when appropriate.
**Qualifications**:
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Strong interpersonal and problem-solving abilities.
- Customer-focused mindset with a passion for delivering top-notch service.
- Ability to handle a high volume of inbound calls in a fast-paced environment.
- Previous customer service experience is an asset but not mandatory.
- Proficiency in using customer relationship management (CRM) tools.
**Salary**: $19.80 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
