Your Opportunity:
Come join our team at the Willow Creek Continuing Care Centre, Claresholm AB in the Administrative Support IV role as a direct admin role for management. You will be responsible for the efficient flow of communication between health professionals, departments, residents and families while maintaining confidentiality of information. You will also be responsible for a variety of administrative tasks which may include reception, greeting and directing visitors, residents of LTC and health professionals, as well as scheduling and booking of rooms/ education and staff on site. You will also be responsible for performing a range of administrative activities in support of the unit. Please note this position is in Claresholm, approximately 100km South of Calgary city limits and 80 km North of Lethbridge.
