**KCS Front Desk Supervisor**

**Responsibilities**:

- Perform various administrative tasks to be completed on a daily basis
- Liaise between front desk team members and management team
- Relay information from guests to the GM and CEO via Daily Summary Report
- Relay information to the team via Pre Shift Briefings
- Coordinate program logistics, including scheduling, communications, and materials
- Assist with the development and execution of programming initiatives
- Support the development and management of program related databases and files
- Assist with event planning and coordination
- Handle other program-related tasks and projects as assigned

Communication
- Participate in daily meetings (phone calls, in-person meetings, virtual meetings, texting and whatsapp) with management team
- Collect information from the management team in order to update the Monthly Snapshot and distribute to Team Members.
- Communicate with the management team about projects, areas of improvement, and updates.
- Act as a point of contact for team members, this may include but is not limited to:

- Scheduling and finding replacements

Waitlist notifications
Triaging IClassPro notifications
- Act as a point of contact via the contact inboxRespond to guest concerns

Assist with general questions
Assist parents with registration issues

Training & Leadership
- Update FD training as needed to meet the needs of the business. This may include writing procedures.
- Train and mentor new FD team members.Orient new FD team members on their first shift.

Monitor their progress throughout the training, their onboarding experience.
Flag any issues and communicate them with the General Manager.
Recommend actions or escalate issues to General Manager as needed.
- Assist the Aquatic Supervisor on the administrative side of planning Aquatic Trainings:Inviting trainees and confirming attendance

Ensuring trainings are fully set up

After trainings is completed:Ensuring that all documentation is fully complete and uploaded to basecamp
Scheduling Shadow Shifts into WhenIWork
Ensuring that all photos and videos of new team members are taken and sent to General Manager

Skills and abilities
- Strong communication (written and oral) and public relations skills.
- Comfortable communicating professionally on the phone and in person.
- Excellent organizational skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- An intermediate understanding of the aquatic industry.
- Comprehensive knowledge of the following:

- KCS’ policies and procedures (_as updated from time to time_);
- Where to find resources such as policies and videos on FD procedures;
- How to use the iClass Pro parent portal so you can walk parents through steps;
- How to use the iClass Pro staff portal to trouble shoot common questions;
- Any other task regularly performed by FD team members;
Hours and Availability

This role requires 40 hours/ week and as we see the majority of our clients in the evenings and weekends, evening and weekend availability is a must.

Qualifications:

- Standard First Aid and CPR-C.

**Salary**: $50,000.00-$60,000.00 per year
