OVERVIEW

This role is a rotational role working between day shift and afternoon shift on a defined schedule of 2 weeks each.
OPERATIONS
The Operations Supervisor will provide regular coaching, guidance and evaluation for trainers to ensure trainees receive fair, consistent, effective and timely training within specified timelines and budgets.

Validating course content ensuring that it is current, relevant and meets regulatory compliance.
ANALYSIS
Analyzing existing training programs to and assessing quality and efficacy; develop actions where deficiencies exist.

EXPERIENCE

DRIVER'S LICENSE
Driver’s License and access to own vehicle required.
CRITICAL THINKING
Aptitude for critical thinking, problem solving and the ability to resolve issues in a timely manner.
TRANSPORT CLEARANCE
Transport Security Clearance Eligible.
EDUCATION
University degree in business, engineering, logistics and/or professional development in Health and Safety and 5+ years supervisory experience preferred.
ANALYSIS
Strong analytical aptitude, proven research skills and the ability to assess and interpret data.
COMMUNICATION
Good oral and written communication skills.
