Nous sommes déterminés à améliorer la présence en ligne de notre marque, particulièrement au Canada hors Québec, et nous sommes à la recherche d'un spécialiste des médias sociaux passionné pour se joindre à notre équipe des communications. Relevant du directeur - marketing et relations publiques, vous serez à l'avant-garde de nos efforts en matière de médias sociaux, en stimulant l'engagement et en bâtissant une forte présence en ligne afin de mettre de l’avant nos projets, nos expertises et nos gens.

Responsabilités:

- Élaborer et mettre en œuvre des stratégies de médias sociaux par canal (LinkedIn, Facebook Instagram) afin d'améliorer la présence de la marque Pomerleau en ligne et d'accroître notre auditoire à l'échelle nationale.
- Optimiser les stratégies pour chaque canal de médias sociaux afin de maximiser l'engagement et la portée.
- Assurer la gestion des communautés (commentaires sur les publications, messages en privé, évaluations (reviews) de l’organisation sur certaines plateformes numériques).
- Gérer les campagnes sponsorisées, y compris l'élaboration de la stratégie, l'exécution et la gestion du budget pour soutenir les efforts de recrutement et de développement des affaires.
- Mesurer le succès des campagnes et fournir des rapports détaillés sur les principaux indicateurs de performance.
- Assurer une veille de la compétition, et suivre les tendances et les influenceurs de l’industrie
- Appuyé par le studio graphique, créer et gérer tout le contenu publié (images, vidéos, publications) sur les plateformes de médias sociaux.
- Soutenir les efforts de gestion d’enjeux et de crise en surveillant les médias sociaux et en produisant des rapports.
- Former les principaux publics cibles internes (exécutifs, recruteurs, employés) aux meilleures pratiques en matière de médias sociaux.
- Rester informé des tendances et des meilleures pratiques en matière de médias sociaux afin de maintenir des stratégies actuelles et efficaces.

**What YOU Will Bring**
- Baccalauréat en communication, en marketing ou dans un domaine connexe.
- Plus de trois années d’expérience dans la gestion des médias sociaux, de préférence dans un environnement d'entreprise B2B ou dans une grande entreprise.
- Solide connaissance des différentes plateformes de médias sociaux et des meilleures pratiques
- Excellentes compétences en matière de communication écrite et orale (français et anglais).
- Esprit créatif et capacité à créer des contenus engageants
- Capacité à établir des relations et à prendre contact avec des intervenants de l’organisation pour obtenir des informations pertinentes et inspirantes
- Solides compétences analytiques pour suivre et mesurer le succès des campagnes de médias sociaux.
- Curiosité, bon jugement et intérêt pour les affaires publiques et l’actualité
- Capacité à travailler de manière indépendante et habileté pour le travail d’équipe
- Une bonne connaissance du secteur de la construction ou des secteurs connexes est un atout.
