**Responsibilities**:
Greet, screen, and assign entry badges to visitors while creating a welcoming environment Answer, redirect phone calls, and take messages in a polite and friendly manner Schedule appointments, maintenance service, and reservations Coordinate meetings, prepare agendas and transcribe meeting minutes Maintain and order office supplies Receive deliveries; sort and distribute incoming mail Prepare monthly financial reports Collect research, compile data, and track budgets for multiple projects Manage all aspects of company-wide events from pre-planning, determining resource needs, pre-event travel for staff, and on-site coordination, to post-event, follow up.

Qualifications:
Proficiency in Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook required Strong written and verbal communication skills Enjoys working in a team environment Polished communication skills Ability to multi-task and work in a fast-paced environment Interest in the financial services industry Business professional environment and attire Possess critical thinking skills and good judgment Displays personal pride in work, always striving to do his/her best.

**Salary**: $17.00-$18.00 per hour
