Business Development Specialist

Overview:
We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Business Development Specialist to join our team. As a Business Development Specialist, you will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building and maintaining client relationships, and driving revenue growth. This is a dynamic role that requires excellent communication skills, strategic thinking, and previous experience in the Telco/Utility Industries.
**Responsibilities**:
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities through market research, prospecting, and lead generation
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, ensuring client satisfaction and retention
- Collaborate with internal teams to develop customized solutions for clients
- Stay updated on industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities
- Prepare sales reports and forecasts for management review
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport and establish trust with clients
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Ability to think strategically and develop innovative solutions for clients
- Strong negotiation and closing skills
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently as well as in a team environment
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
