**Position Summary**:
As the Business Solutions Specialist, you will be responsible for defining the vision, launch/implementation and ongoing improvements of technology based products, projects, and customer experience within our company. The role requires flexibility for scheduled/unscheduled calls and support outside regular business hours. Assigned systems and projects will rotate on frequent basis and some travel may be expected.

**Responsibilities**:

- Develop test strategies, plan resource requirements, conduct testing activities in support of initiatives and ongoing system release management. Categorize bugs by severity and make decisions on release impact.
- Act as the primary for all UAT activities for impacted systems.
- Conduct preliminary research and planning for project and or system enhancement requests. Leading the design, development and subsequent maintenance of assigned products, services or projects.
- Act as the liaison to stakeholders, internal and external partners in the coordination of both system and/or product/services requirements, development, testing and releases.
- Create and deliver instructions, training, and communication to organization stakeholders regarding the operation and impact product releases/launches.

**Qualifications**:
**Education and Experience**:

- Undergraduate degree in Business Administration, Computer/Information Science, Information Technology Marketing or Finance is preferred.
- 3+ years of experience in the captive finance industry with a focus on general business and information technology.

**Areas of Knowledge**:

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- General familiarity of business, collections, credit, customer service and vendor management.
- Proficient general business expertise.
- Strong analytical, problem solving, analysis, IT, project management, PC, presentation and facilitation skills.
- Ability to collect data, establish facts, and identify trends and variances.
- Propensity to integrate information from a variety of sources with varied levels of complexity.
- Ability to review, interpret, and evaluate statistical information
