Dynamic law firm in Vaughan seeking a Receptionist

**Responsibilities include**:

- Scheduling Appointments
- Administrative tasks such as filing, photocopying, scanning, faxing, etc.
- Opening and closing files
- Provide assistance to Law Clerks when required
- Ordering office supplies
- Light book keeping
- Banking
- Keep the waiting area and board room neat and orderly.

**Qualifications and Skills Required**:

- Exceptional organization skills
- Excellent communication, customer service and organizational skills
- Detail Oriented
- Ability to follow instructions and multi-task in a fast-paced environment
- Basic computer skills and working knowledge of word and excel

**Other Requirements**:

- Must have a vehicle for offsite work duties (Banking)
- Must be legally eligible to work in Canada

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $32,000.00-$38,000.00 per year

**Benefits**:

- On-site parking
- Paid time off

Flexible language requirement:

- French not required

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift
- Monday to Friday
- No weekends
