Right now, we're diving into groundbreaking projects that aim to revolutionize **Organizational Mental Health Programs.** That's where you come in

We're looking for a driven individual who's got an entrepreneurial spark and wants to be involved in the program development. You'll be helping the Director of Mental Health Programs in piloting Iridia's new Organizational Healthcare Programs - Mental Fitness (IOHP-M).

At Iridia, we also like our students to get a well-rounded work experience. In addition to your responsibilities to IOHP-M, you will liaise with various departments and assist in projects as needed. Your support will mostly be focused on the HR department. Some of your common tasks will include leading morning huddles, drafting policies, conducting staff meetings, and helping plan events to boost team morale

**Responsibilities**:
**Main Duties**:

- Supercharge IOHP-M Projects: Mental Fitness Program project tasks include editing lesson plans, designing, and fine tuning our learning management system. Get ready to roll up your sleeves and help shape IOHP-M from the ground up
- Get Your Creative Juices Flowing: If you've got a knack for design, and websites, this is where your skills shine. We need you to whip up eye-catching images and materials that'll have potential clients saying, "Wow, I want in on this". Being proficient in WordPress CMS, including theme customization, plugin development, and familiarity with SEO concepts will be considered an asset.
- Lead our daily Morning Huddle You’ll be in charge of getting everyone started and excited for the day.
- Meetings Host monthly staff meetings, prepare agendas and presentations, and coordinate action items and minute-taking.
- Ensure that rules are written on paper Help update Iridia’s policies and procedures to make them relevant to our current company culture.

- Enhance Client Delight: Be the document maestro. Your job is to make sure everything we send out is top-notch. Check for accuracy, eliminate repetition, bridge any gaps, and ensure it all flows smoothly.

**Who You Are (Qualifications)**:

- Acquiring a degree or a diploma in Business, Health Science, Psychology, Communication, or Education field is considered an asset.
- You're an excellent oral and written communicator. Whether through writing or speaking, you have the knack to explain anything to anyone. Your written communication skills are top-notch, and you're a stickler for details. You have outstanding verbal communication skills to collaborate with internal and external collaborators using a ‘client-focus’ approach.
- Juggling multiple project deadlines in a fast-paced environment? No sweat
- Adaptable and flexible, as well as open to learning and trying new things. You are easily able to pivot and problem-solve if needed.
- Microsoft Office, Adobe Creative Suite, WordPress, Canva - you're fluent in all things related to digital creativity. Crafting eye-catching slides and documents? You've got it covered Bonus points if you have experience in website design or development.
