- High School Diploma or equivalent.
- Driver's License.
- Ability to lift 50 lbs.
- Previous office maintenance experience.
- Experience with drywall repairs, painting and finishing work.
- Initiative to solve work-related problems with minimum supervision.
- A positive attitude with a team-oriented approach and the ability to multitask and set priorities.
