**Logistics, Procurement and Fulfillment**

Looking for a Logistics and Procurement specialist.

We are a beverage production company and the right person will be a **hands on** individual, who will take **full responsibility for this role**.

You will have a keen **attention to detail**, strong organizational skills, excellent time management skills, and enjoy working autonomously. This is an integral roll in the day-to-day operations of our company.

You will develop intimate knowledge of all aspects of the movement of our products, and ensure the optimal flow of goods, in and out.

You will utilize our ERP system, and manage all orders and inventory.

This means:

- review and set minimum quantities for material on hand
- create PO's and order incoming goods
- physically receive incoming goods, verify quantities, working as part of our QA program, verify product attributes, enter incoming goods in our ERP system, print and place licence plates on goods.
- schedule all outgoing orders
- generate invoices and waybills in our ERP system for outgoing orders
- communicate with our carriers, book delivery appts, trouble shoot logístical problems.
- you will be able to fill in and help with our warehouse person, sometimes you book the order, sometimes you actually build the pallet and load the order on the truck.
- Communicate with customers, buyers, and suppliers.
- **COMMUNICATION** is essential

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: $45,000.00-$60,000.00 per year
