The ServiceNow Process Consultant for Design Workshop for CMDB is responsible for facilitating workshops aimed at designing and optimizing the Configuration Management Database (CMDB) architecture within ServiceNow. This role requires deep expertise in ServiceNow CMDB, including best practices for configuration, integration, and management, to ensure alignment with the organization's IT service management goals. The consultant will collaborate closely with IT stakeholders to understand their needs, draft effective CMDB design solutions, and guide the implementation process to improve IT asset management and service delivery.

**Required Skills**:

- Contribute to and maintain a showcase of ITOM and ITAM solution configurations, stories, and test use cases created on the ServiceNow platform.
- Elicit, document, and maintain requirements that enable Solution developers to deliver the value of IT Operations Management on the ServiceNow platform.
- Strong alignment with architect and engineering teams on delivery standards.
- Provide ITOM and Asset mentoring and training to customers, peers and other through opportunities to promote digital transformation.
- Demonstrate the ITOM products, to prospects and existing customers, both onsite and remote.
- Lead workshop sessions collaborating with clients and developers to ensure requirements are met and ensure integrations support CMDB/CSDM and asset integrity.
