Production/logistics Coordinator

Surrey, Canada Nutramedics Health Corp. Full time

Health product manufacturer of dietary supplements is looking for a Production Logistics Coordinator.

Responsibilities of this role includes:

- Manage inventory databases
- Monitor supply chains and shipments
- Shipping & receiving
- Ensure timely schedules for client orders
- Maintain accurate and consistent records
- Address errors to promote client satisfaction
- General administrative and clerical tasks that may be requested by team members to complete projects efficiently and on time.
- Engage in regular communication with clients
- Make suggestions for improvements on elements within each project

Qualifications:

- Experience working in manufacturing production or logistics is preferred
- Previous experience in Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) setting and manufacturing equipment operations is an asset.
- Understanding of both warehouse and transportation management
- Capacity to multitask
- Familiar with general clerical and administrative tasks
- Good verbal and written communication skills
- Fluent in both written and spoken English
- Able to work efficiently with mínimal supervision
- Must be self motivated, and a team player.
- Must have attention to detail and the ability to work in a fast paced environment.
- Must be comfortable to lift up to 50lbs., and use a pallet jack.
- Must have the ability to do general mathematics.
- Must be familiar with Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, and Access)

Compensation: $40,000 - $50,000 annually (based on experience)

Employment Type: Full Time (Monday - Friday 8:00am to 4:30pm)

**Salary**: $20.00-$25.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week

Flexible Language Requirement:

- French not required

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift

Supplemental pay types:

- Bonus pay
- Overtime pay

- English (required)

Work Location: In person

Expected start date: 2024-03-04
