**The impact you will have**

As a **Regional Service Manager**, you will be actively engaged in managing field service activities at healthcare facilities throughout the territory including the promotion and completion of on-site preventive maintenance and repair services, maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction, controlling inventory, managing data and documentation while achieving all measureable performance targets. You will support customers by securing the best possible condition for mobility products and solutions. Your skills will help empower movement for people facing mobility challenges and increase the quality of lives for residents, patients and caregivers.

As the **Regional Service Manager **you will be responsible for:

- Assisting in the preparation of annual performance targets including budgeted sales (including new agreement sales), budgeted expenses (including new hires), determination of key performance indicators including targets and other regional milestones.
- Assisting the National Director of Capital Service in formulating and communicating strategies, tactics and action plans to achieve national corporate performance goals.
- Formulating and communicating strategies, tactics and action plans to the National Director in order to achieve regional corporate account performance goals and contract maintenance.
- Working in conjunction with contracts and tenders team to successfully complete regional tender submissions.
- Effectively manage your team to achieve/exceed annual performance targets and comply with training requirements.
- Actively support the promotion and sale of Preventive Maintenance Agreements throughout your region and manage the completion of all Preventive Maintenance obligations.

**The skills you will need**
- An in-depth working knowledge of supervising and leading people in a fast paced environment
- Three (3) years of management experience in a related field
- A minimum of three (3) years of technical repair experience (preferably in a medical device organization).
- Experience working in a field service setting is an asset.
- Set of diverse experiences affording the individual a broad business perspective as well as the ability to anticipate critical issues for the department. This would include a strong knowledge of inventory control best practices and fleet management.
- Post-secondary degree or an equivalent education and experience
- Ability to travel as required to customer sites when needed and reside within the territory
