Cameron Okolita Inc. - Licensed Insolvency Trustees is Southern Saskatchewan’s #1 provider of insolvency services and has been for over 25 years. We are seeking someone with strong administrative and organizational skills coupled with excellent communication skills and a “can-do” attitude to fill a full-time permanent role of Proposal and Banking Administrator on our team.

**Primary Responsibilities**:

- Perform with a high degree of accuracy: banking tasks such as entering, modifying and submitting pre-authorized payment batches, depositing cheques and cash into trust accounts.
- Process NSF transactions and notifying clients of returned payments.
- Corresponding with clients verbally and in writing regarding payments, their proposal administrations and responding to general inquiries
- Preparing for Trustee review: Interim and Final Statements of Receipts and Disbursements for proposal administrations
- Preparing trust cheques for Trustee review and signature
- Monitor proposal payment arrears
- Prepare and file proposal revival and default notices as required.
- Prepare and file creditor meeting minutes and send correspondence to various parties regarding creditor meetings
- Scheduling financial counselling sessions for clients
- Prepare proposal files for trustee review after voting period expires
- Miscellaneous and sundry duties that may be assigned from time to time

**Requirements**:

- Excellent organization skills and multitasking ability with attention to detail.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Capacity to take responsibility for position and duties and work independently
- Clean criminal record check

**Additional Qualifications**:

- High school diploma with at least one year of post-secondary education (preferred)
- Typing speed of 40+ WPM
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.
- Knowledge/experience in accounting, payroll or other technical competency
- Experience in dealing with clients/customers in an office environment
- Excellent command of the English language
- Experience/ability to work in a fast-past office environment
- Ability to think critically and exercise sound judgment

Cameron Okolita Inc. offers a compensation package that includes a competitive salary, benefits, and pension plan.

**Salary**: $45,000.00-$60,000.00 per year
