As a key member of the Global Product Strategy (GPS) team and reporting to the Global Sea-Doo Product Manager, you will have the opportunity to shape the future of the boating industry. You’ll be a key contributor in the development of a strong and compelling marketing strategy. You’ll implement best practices for marketing strategies, product training and product developments to drive growth.

**YOU’LL HAVE THE OPPORTUNITY TO**:
Project coordination

Oversee the global process of launching new products.

Coordinate the digital photos process.

Coordinate the product training process.

Coordinate the ordering and validation of prototype vehicles for Marketing.

Coordinate customer surveys and vehicle validation activities with dealers and customers.

Product launches

Support the Marketing team in the development of marketing tools including website, brochures, digital photos, advertising videos, product training videos and press releases.

Analyze the competition’s vehicles and prepare comparison documents.

Support the Global Product Strategy Team in the development of launch related presentations.

Oversee the creation of a training portfolio to enhance the product knowledge of BRP sales managers and dealers.

THIS ROLE IS A GOOD FIT IF YOU HAVE THE FOLLOWING SKILLS AND QUALITIES:
Bachelor’s degree preferred in Marketing, Business administration, Engineering, or related fields.

Mastery of Microsoft Office suite (PowerPoint, Excel)

Ability to take initiative, autonomy and good organizational skills

Fluency in spoken and written English & French skills are a plus.

Product training experience is an asset.

Project management skills and ability to set priorities among numerous projects and to respect commitments

Strong ability to work with PowerPoint, Excel, and to learn new tools.

Ability to work as part of a team and collaborate with different departments

An exceptional team player with positive attitude and strong interpersonal skills.

Passion for powersport products.
