As a member of the Global Product Strategy (GPS) team and reporting to the Global Sea-Doo Product Manager, you will have the opportunity to shape the future of the boating industry. You’ll be a key contributor in the product development process by bringing consumer insight, competitors’ analysis and market trends. You will make recommendations to capture potential opportunities and develop competitive advantages.

**YOU’LL HAVE THE OPPORTUNITY TO**:
Product development

Conduct detailed analyses based on industry, market and customer data to identify and evaluate opportunities for product planning.

Closely work with your Engineering and Design peers to convert product features into product benefits.

Actively support our volume planning, pricing process, option packages and business case processes.

Develop appealing product and market trends presentations and assets.

Market insight

Track and analyze the competitor information on a global scale and maintain our product databases.

Follow market trends and contributes to our annual Market Trends Update for the management.

Lead consumer research activities and provide recommendations to develop market leading consumer experiences.

Connect with our Regions all over the world to feed product discussion with consumer’s reality and feedback.

Product launches and training

Communicate product positioning, features and benefits to internal and external audiences such as our marketing and sales teams, creative agencies, media, dealers and consumers.

Support the marketing team in the launch of new products.

Contribute to the development of training strategies and training sessions for our sales team and dealers.

THIS ROLE IS A GOOD FIT IF YOU HAVE THE FOLLOWING SKILLS AND QUALITIES:
Bachelor’s degree preferred in Marketing, Engineering, or related fields.

3+ years of relevant experience in product planning, product development and/or market research; preferably in the automotive, transportation or powersport industry.

Fluency in spoken and written English. French skills are a plus.

Solid project management skills.

Strong ability to work with PowerPoint, Excel, and to learn new tools.

Innovative, analytical, detail oriented and resourceful.

An exceptional team player with positive attitude and strong interpersonal skills.

Passion for powersport products.
