As we expand our franchising opportunities, we're looking for a dynamic Franchise Development Manager to join our team. This individual will play a crucial role in growing our franchise network, educating potential franchisees about our business model, and ensuring the success of our franchise partners.

Key Responsibilities:

- Discovery Days Coordination: Lead online discovery days, facilitating interactions between potential franchisees and our team, answering queries, and providing a comprehensive understanding of our operations.
- Market Analysis: Regularly assess market trends and franchise opportunities to strategically position Ideal Siding for growth within the franchising sector.

Qualifications:

- Proven experience in franchising, sales, business development, or a related field.
- Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to engage and educate potential franchisees.
- Familiarity with the franchising regulatory environment.
- Ability to work independently, with strong organizational and project management skills.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field (preferred).
