- Direct executive assistant to the owners. Someone willing to work alongside the owners of rapidly growing company to develop systems, processes, organization, documents, and files, and find innovative ways to service our ever growing client base.
- Duties and role will develop over time, but will generally include:

- Sales assistance; lead intake management, gathering information and follow up, preparing quotes and proposals.
- Project management; customer communication and notification, ordering materials and scheduling delivery, scheduling installers.
- Creating, sorting, scanning, and filing company documents (receipts, invoices, contracts, waivers, etc.)
- Data entry and updating systems
- Calling customers and/or vendors as necessary
- Preparing documents as requested
- Potential photo, video and slideshow editing, as well as social media maintenance.
- _Hours:_ TBD. Within the hours of 9-5 Mondays - Friday, overtime available in peak season (peak season: March - September, off season: October - February)
- _Pay Rate:_ $20-22/hr starting, plus potential overtime during peak season and pay increase availability
- _Location:_ Kleinburg Ontario
- Potential for position growth within the company

**Requirements & Qualifications**:

- High school diploma or equivalent
- Transportation to and from the job (valid drivers license and own working vehicle)
- Related experience in either sales or office assistance
- Very good with computers and various common programs/softwares. Ability to problem solve on the computer.
- Good working knowledge of Microsoft Excel.
- Ability to follow instruction in the order in which given
- Well organized individual with attention to detail
- Time management and prioritization skills
- Strong communication and language skills. Must have good English.
- Professionalism and confidentiality
- Takes initiative, willing to try and learn new things and programs
- Understanding of basic math and ability to do simple calculations in head
- Experience in construction or carpentry fields would be an added bonus
- Experience with photo and video editing software, design and render software, or architectural programs would be an added bonus
