**About The Role**
- providing frontline support working directly with company owners and clients
- posting transactions, processing invoices & verifying financial data
- filing, maintaining records & processing payments
- performing reception duties, including answering telephone, screening/forwarding calls, relaying messages and managing mail
- performing data entry with complete & accurate information
- maintaining excellent interpersonal communication with internal team
- other various administrative tasks as assigned
**Qualifications**
- minimum two years working in office or administrative position
- strong computer skills - Microsoft Office proficient
- must have good people skills and get along well with others
- excellent customer service and organizational skills
- strong interpersonal, verbal & written communication skills
- must be a reliable employee
You may be a great fit for this position if you have previous experience in Administration, Office Management, Office Assistant, Customer Service, Accounting or Reception.
