Responsibilities:

- Managing front desk reception duties, including answering phones and greeting clients
- Managing active client files starting with new client screening
- Draft correspondence to clients, third parties, experts
- Preparing legal documents, scanning, binding, and digitally storing documents for easy retrieval
- Scheduling client meetings and assessments
- Ability to perform multiple tasks simultaneously under tight deadlines.
- Ability to work effectively in a team or independently.,Being able to carry out research and find and/or compile documents and data for cases.
- Maintain professionalism, good judgment, and sound reasoning skills at all times.

Qualifications:

- Graduate of a Law Clerk training program preferred
- Good working experience with Family Law Rules and court procedures
- Ability to prioritize, organize and execute tasks in a quality manner with strong turnaround time
- Divorcemate and Clio experience highly preferred
- Excellent time management, organizational and prioritization skills
- Strong interpersonal skills

**Salary**: $18.26-$27.19 per hour

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday
