Bilingual Claims Customer Service Associate

Join our team as a Bilingual French Claims Customer Service Associate and make a difference every day We’re seeking enthusiastic individuals who excel in a fast-paced environment and are committed to delivering outstanding support to our valued customers.
What you do
- Collaborate closely with providers, underwriters, and internal teams to resolve customer service issues efficiently, aiming for first-call resolution.
- Deliver outstanding service by clearly explaining benefit coverage and claim status, ensuring customer satisfaction and fostering strong relationships.
- Anticipate and address customer needs by offering relevant solutions and staying informed about product and policy updates.
- Manage stop-payments and reissue checks to ensure accurate payment to customers or providers.
- Perform various administrative tasks to maintain high standards of quality control.
What you bring
- Experience in a customer service environment.
- Flexibility to work a rotating schedule between 8am and 8pm Eastern Time.
- Experience in a customer service call center environment is highly preferred.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Strong multi-tasking abilities, including typing while engaging with customers.
- Proven problem-solving skills and the ability to use initiative and independent judgment.
- Possess superb customer service skills, a strong customer focus, and commitment to customer satisfaction.
- Fluency in French is highly preferred.
