**Opportunity: Claims Assistant**
- Claims administration and front-line customer service within company policies and procedures.
- Process and coordinate incoming correspondence, notices of claims, broker and customer inquiries, set up claims, and process payments.
- Utilize excellent communication skills to assist the claims department by providing various administrative support activities.
- Process, coordinate, sort, and distribute incoming correspondence.
- Assist with brokers’ and clients’ claims inquiries.
- Timely and efficient setup of new claims.
- Processing payments on claim files as required.
- Compile legal and various insured documentation.
- Assist in organizing monthly departmental meetings.
- Identify process improvements to management.
- Provide superior customer service by building and maintaining excellent business relationships with our key stakeholders including our Insureds, Brokers, and Underwriting colleagues.
- Adhere to all internal Claims Best Practices.

**What You Bring to the Table**:

- High School or College Diploma including business/administration training or any combination of equivalent education and experience.
- 5 years of relevant work experience.
- Ability to consistently perform at a superior level with respect to both the accuracy and volume of work completed.
- Proven exceptional communication and time management/organizational skills.
- Self-motivated and goal-oriented, capable of working in a fast-paced and changing environment.
- Demonstrates a passion for customer service with strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Demonstrates strong problem-solving, analytical, and priority management skills.
- Adept at working in a paperless environment.
