**Job Description**:
Reporting to the Talent Acquisition Team Lead, the Talent Acquisition Specialist will lead end-to-end recruiting activity for assigned client groups.
This is an on-site, permanent full-time opportunity based in Toronto, ON.

WHEN YOU JOIN US YOU WILL BE;
- Leading end-to-end recruiting activity for assigned requisitions including initial intake meetings, sourcing, applicant testing, telephone screening, interviewing, offer negotiation, and pre-employment background check
- Conducting sourcing activity via LinkedIn, Indeed, and other tools and platforms
- Influencing and advising hiring managers as a business partner on all matters related to talent acquisition
- Performing other duties as assigned
OUR IDEAL CANDIDATE;
- At least 3 years of experience in recruitment, preferably with a combination of corporate in-house and agency recruitment experiences
- Successfully achieve results in a fast-paced and deadline-driven environment
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Able to easily embrace change and demonstrate flexibility when direction or priorities shift
- Work well as part of a team, as well as autonomously
- Strong organization and time management skills
- Familiarity with social media
- Experience with Workday an asset
