Our team leader is active in real estate and is often working out of the office. He needs someone he can trust to oversee the office operations on a daily basis, especially as the team grows. Someone who can follow direction, but ultimately can work effectively without being directly supervised.

**Hours**

Monday to Friday 10:00 AM - 2:00 PM (willing to work more if needed)

We strive to ensure the best work/life balance possible

Sometimes if the work is done early you can go home early but when the times comes we ALL work and do whatever it takes to get things done

**Wage**

$20.00-$25.00/hr. based on experience

Take days off as needed as long as the work is done.

**JOB OVERVIEW**
- Support real estate agents with day-to-day tasks
- Regular social media posts across multiple platforms to ensure a consistent online presence
- Work with our in-house marketing department to create marketing materials such as brochures, flyers, and digital presentations
- Monitor the performance of online marketing efforts and make necessary adjustments.
- Client engagement and follow-ups such as arranging birthday gift deliveries, etc.
- Scheduling services for new listings such as cleaners, photographers, staging, etc.
- Weekly client updates for listings including web traffic, showing volume, area sales, showing feedback, etc.
- Deal with the clients over the phone to ensure they are happy and taken care of quickly
- Manage team calendars
- Manage FollowUp Boss CRM
- Manage office supplies and ensure office is clean and organized
- Processing all paperwork for each real estate transaction and ensure accuracy
- Prep offers, prep listing contracts and amendments
- Oversee/manage and help execute marketing events
- Produce monthly team P & L statements
