Overview:
We are currently seeking a dedicated and reliable Cleaner to join our team. As a Cleaner, you will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness and tidiness in various facilities. This is a physically demanding role that requires attention to detail and the ability to work independently. The hours for this role will be 5am to 8am. There is two locations that you will be cleaning - a valid Drivers License is required.

**Duties**:

- Perform commercial cleaning tasks, including dusting, sweeping, mopping, and vacuuming
- Clean and sanitize restrooms,
- Empty trash receptacles
- Clean glass surfaces, and mirrors
- Adhere to established cleaning schedules and complete assigned tasks in a timely manner
- Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors regarding cleaning needs or issues
- Provide excellent customer service to clients or building occupants

**Skills**:

- Experience in facilities maintenance or commercial cleaning preferred
- Knowledge of custodial practices and procedures
- Ability to perform heavy lifting and physical tasks as required
- Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain cleanliness standards
- Excellent time management skills to prioritize tasks effectively
- Ability to communicate effectively with team members and clients

**Job Type**: Part-time

**Salary**: $20.00-$25.00 per hour

Expected hours: 10 - 15 per week
