We are a growing company located in **Orleans** that offers a fun and energetic work environment. This position will be best suited to someone who likes to excel at their work, is willing to learn and wants to grow with the company.
This position will report directly to the Senior Management Team.
This is a high pace role and will best suited to someone that can thrive in that environment.
**JOB RESPONSIBILITIES are as follows, but not limited to**:
- Office/Administration support to Senior Management
- Ad-hoc projects
**Skills Required**:
- Post-secondary education in Office Administration or equivalent experience
- One to three years of work experience on an Office Team
- Bilingual (English and French) is an asset
- Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
- Ability to learn new softwares easily
**Required Qualifications**:
- Has a good understanding of office project processes in the construction industry
- Previous work in a Plumbing company is an asset
- Previous project coordination or department coordination is an asset
- Must have overall strong technical computer skills
- Must be self-motivated, can work both independently or on a team
- Planning and organizational skills are required
- Excellent communication skills (oral and written)
- Bilingualism is an asset
**Salary**: From $50,000.00 per year
