Estimator Coordinator

This position is a Data and Coordination position that works with the Estimation department but is not an Estimator position that reports directly to the VP of Preconstruction.

**JOB RESPONSIBILITIES include but not limited to**:

- Research Tender Bid Sites
- Assist Estimation Team with coordination of tenders
- Responsible for maintaining Tender Log
- Maintain Start Up Meeting Minutes
- Produce Department Reports
- Coordinate Job Showings
- Creation of New Projects and all supporting documentation
- Back up Support to Front Desk
- Ad-hoc projects as required

**REQUIREMENTS**:

- Proficient Data Entry skills
- Proficient Microsoft Suites
- Research Skills
- Communication Skills both written and verbal
- Bilingualism is an asset
- Experience with the following Applications and Software’s are considered assets:

- Smart Sheet
- Plan Grid
- MERX
