We are excited to announce that we are hiring a Clinic Administrator for a Pharmacist Walk-in Clinic at this location. The Clinic Administrator plays an important role in coordinating the day-to-day aspects of the Pharmacist Walk-in Clinic.

**What you’ll do**:

- Managing patient appointments through the internal booking scheduler and ensuring all appointments are scheduled appropriately
- Facilitating patient intake by verifying health card details, providing patient registration forms, and creating or verifying patient profiles in the internal system
- Coordinating patient follow-up appointments as required
- Providing administrative support to clinical pharmacists by processing paperwork and maintaining patient records
- Ensuring all patient data is entered accurately and efficiently in the system

**What you’ll need**:

- Pharmacy-focused experience is preferred
- Pharmacy Assistant certification is an asset
- Superior customer relations skills and a strong sense of professionalism to ensure that patients are treated with empathy, respect, and confidentiality
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively liaise with patients and clinical pharmacists
- Strong problem-solving skills, including experience in formulating and executing action plans to address patient and operational issues promptly
- A highly organized and detail-oriented approach to work and a strong team player mindset to work collaboratively with other team members
