**Responsibilities**:
- Supervisory duties overseeing all production aspects related to the line
- Work with various teams within the production department
- Training, coaching, and providing feedback to Production Personnel reporting to this position
**Qualifications**:
- Minimum Grade 12 Diploma or Equivalent
- Experience in food processing would be considered an asset
**Desired Qualities and Abilities**:
- Ability to work lead and be a part of a team
- Follow all policies and procedures and work in a safe manner
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multi task
- Sense of urgency
- Problem solving skills
