Process Operator

We are seeking a skilled Process Operator to join our team at Oxford Frozen Foods. As a Process Operator, you will play a critical role in ensuring the efficient and safe operation of our food processing equipment.
Key Responsibilities- Operate and Maintain Equipment: Operate multi-functional process control machinery and single-function machines to process and package food products.
- Monitor and Control Processing Conditions: Observe gauges, computer printouts, and video monitors to verify specified processing conditions and make adjustments as needed.
- Record and Report Production Data: Maintain shift logs of production and other data, and report any mechanical malfunctions or product irregularities to the supervisor.
- Clean and Maintain Work Areas: Clean machines and immediate work areas to ensure a safe and healthy working environment.
- Collaborate with Team Members: Work collaboratively with other team members to achieve production goals and maintain a positive and productive work environment.
- Education: No degree, certificate, or diploma is required.
- Experience: Willingness to train and learn new skills.
- Physical Demands: Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with attention to detail, and to lift and move equipment as needed.
- Language: English is the primary language of communication in this role.
This is a permanent, full-time position with a 40-hour workweek. The work environment is cold and refrigerated, with potential exposure to odors and noise. Steel-toed safety boots are required.
