This person would work, on average, a total of 40hrs/week which includes in-office 3-4 days a week and remotely the other remaining hours, as required, taking ownership of all social media platforms working varied hours as the job requires, including evenings and weekends.

They would be responsible for the creation/scheduling/posting of all content and would work closely with the Director of Operations and the Co-Founders of the company to develop and maintain a vision that reflects the company and its surrounding communities.

- Develop and execute social media strategies to achieve business objectives
- Manage and maintain all social media platforms including Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, and YouTube
- Create engaging and relevant content for social media posts, articles, blogs, and other digital platforms
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure consistent messaging and branding across all channels
- Analyze social media data and generate reports on key metrics such as engagement, reach, and conversion rates
- Monitor and respond to customer inquiries and comments on social media platforms in a timely manner
- Stay informed about industry trends, competitors' activities, and emerging social media platforms

To be successful in this role, you should have the following skills:

- Strong knowledge of social media platforms and their respective best practices (Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, YouTube)
- Proficiency in using social media management tools
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a keen eye for detail
- Ability to create engaging visual content using Canva or similar software
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and generate actionable insights
- Familiarity with Google Analytics or other web analytics tools
- Ability to conduct research on industry trends and competitor activities
