We are seeking a talented and creative Videographer/Edoitor to join our team. As a Videographer, you will be responsible for capturing and editing high-quality videos that align with our brand and vision. **Responsibilities**:

- Film & photograph properties on location & edit all work from home
- Utilize attractive on-line website links to help promote our properties on a professional branding level as well as on our mls platforms
- Shoot and edit videos for various platforms, including social media, website, and promotional materials
- Set up and operate video equipment, including cameras, lighting, and audio equipment
- Conduct interviews and capture footage at events or locations
- Collaborate with team members on planning, scheduling and producing final product deadlines
- Edit videos using software such as Adobe Premiere, Final Cut Pro, or other editing tools
- Add graphics, effects, music, and other elements to enhance the video content
- Ensure video projects are completed within deadlines while maintaining high quality standards
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and techniques to continuously improve videography skills

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience as a Real Estate Videographer & Editor or similar role - has portfolio of previous work to show
- Proficient in using video editing software such as Adobe Premiere, Final Cut Pro, or similar programs
- Strong understanding of composition, lighting, sound design, and other videography principles
- Ability to operate video equipment and troubleshoot technical issues
- Excellent attention to detail and ability to work independently and as part of a team as required
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Works well under pressure and multiple deadlines

MUST have experience is filming and editing Real Estate Properties and have a portfolio to show as evidence.
