**DIGITAL MARKETING MANAGER**

As the Digital Marketing Manager for a rapidly growing company, every day will be dynamic, and this position will provide the opportunity to make a deep impact to the expansion and success of our company.

This position will report daily to our Stouffville office with occasional travel and weekend work for community events.

**MAIN DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES**:

- Create, monitor, maintain and report on all digital marketing platforms, including leading the rebuild of the corporate website.
- Monitor SEM/SEO activities.
- Managing the social media coordinator to oversee the building, maintain and engage social media posts and growing our online community.
- Ensure all digital Marketing is consistent with the telMAX marketing strategy and aligns with our new brand guidelines.
- Collaboration with our internal teams on the launch of new software and internal digital systems.
- Create and develop digital campaign support - brand and tactical eDMs, internal / external newsletters, Sales Events etc.
- Prepare reports and presentations for senior management monthly.
- Some local travel will be required.

**SKILLS & QUALIFICATIONS**:

- Degree or Diploma in marketing, advertising, sales, or business administration, or combination of equivalent experience and education.
- 3 - 5 years of direct work experience in a digital marketing capacity.
- Understanding and expertise in digital brand building and management, and strong social media savviness.
- Direct experience with planning successful digital campaigns, graphic design, webpage building and marketing-related software tools.
- Strong business acumen.
- Ability to identify growth opportunities, a keen eye for detail, with strong presentation and interpersonal skills and the ability to articulate and deliver messages effectively both verbally and in writing.
- Excellent project management, organization, and communications skills with an attention to detail.
- Enthusiastic, self-motivated, and collaborative, with strong leadership and project management skills.
- A self-starter with a “step up” attitude.
- Creative, open minded and innovative that likes to work in an ever-changing dynamic environment.
- Proficient in the use of MS Office Suite tools (Word, Excel and PowerPoint) and marketing-related software programs
