Responsibilities:

- Assist real estate agents with administrative tasks such as preparing documents, scheduling appointments, and maintaining client databases.
- Conduct market research to gather information on property listings and sales trends.
- Communicate with clients, vendors, and other stakeholders to ensure smooth transactions.
- Coordinate property showings and open houses.
- Assist in negotiating contracts and lease agreements.
- Provide exceptional customer service to clients throughout the buying or selling process.
- Maintain organized files and records related to real estate transactions.
- Support property management activities, including rent collection and maintenance coordination.

**Skills**:

- Strong administrative skills with attention to detail.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Bilingual or multilingual abilities are a plus.
- Proficient in using real estate software and databases.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Strong organizational skills to manage multiple clients and transactions simultaneously.
- Knowledge of property management principles is beneficial.
- Customer service-oriented mindset.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $50,000.00-$150,000.00 per year

Expected hours: 10 - 40 per week

Additional pay:

- Bonus pay
- Commission pay
