**Role Description**
- Responsible for shooting and editing video content, including setting up and operating cameras, lighting equipment, and microphones.
- Use software programs like Adobe After Effects, CapCut, and Canva to create engaging motion graphics for video introductions, transitions, and other visual needs that may arise.
- Manage time effectively to meet project deadlines.
- Create storyboards to plan out the sequence of the video or animation.
- Work closely with other content strategists, designers, and coordinators to ensure that the video content aligns with the overall marketing strategy.
- Maintain video and audio equipment to ensure it's kept in good condition.
- Research the latest trends in video production and motion graphics to produce fresh and relevant content.
- Review all video and motion graphics content for errors before it is published, ensuring that it meets the agency's quality standards.
- Ongoing learning of new techniques and software to improve their skills and stay competitive in the field.

**Recommendations**
- Currently enrolled in or recently graduated from a marketing, communications, or media program.
- Previous video experience (personal or professional) is a must-have.
- Strong collaboration and communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple brand portfolios with unique video content needs.
- Keen attention to detail.
- Strong interpersonal and problem-solving skills.
- Willingness to learn new systems and use them in daily operations.

Please note that this position runs from May 1, 2024-August 21, 2024, but there is the Possibility of an extension for the right fit.

**Salary**: $20.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
